TEXT MATERIALS:

Abstracts:

• Format – Word
• Page layout: typescript - Times New Roman 12; line spacing – single; page alignment – align the text to both the left and right margins
• Margins: bottom – 25 mm, left, right and top margins – 20 mm; 
• Volume – ? page, А4

Full paper:

• To be provided in electronic version
• Format – Word
• Page layout: typescript – Times New Roman 12; line spacing – single; page alignment – align the text to both the left and right margins
• Margins: bottom – 25 mm, left, right and top margins – 20 mm
• Make sure the amount of illustrations/images/photographs/graphics does not exceed 1/3 of text amount
• Illustrations/images/photographs/to be made in *.jpg format
• Size limits of illustrations/images/photographs: not less than 60х60 mm; not more than 110 х 170 mm
• Illustrations/images/photographs/to be numerated and provided in single files, each file corresponding to the number specified
• File name contains Speaker’s name

• two-page opening
• 1 page – 210 х 297 mm plus bleeds. Bleeds must extend at least 3 mm beyond trim edge

VIDEO MATERIALS:

Video Clips:

• duration – 30 seconds; 1 minute; 2 minutes.
• make sure the file is not compressed; resolution – not less than 640 х 480
• format - *.avi, recorded on electronic information carrier

Presentations:

• duration –2 minutes maximum
• format - *.pps
