This year Annual International Conference and Exhibition "Laser Scanning and Digital Aerial Photography. Today and Tomorrow" will be held for the eighth time. Over the past years a small workshop has transformed itself into a large-scale international event in the area of Geoinformatics which is devoted to the latest developments in aerial and terrestrial survey data acquisition.

Not so long ago laser scanning and digital aerial photography were just taking the first steps in Russia. Nowadays every project related to topographic and engineering survey requires cannot be imagined without airborne and terrestrial laser scanning.

The conference will bring together specialists representing different areas of expertise and market sectors - oil and gas industry, electric power industry, natural hazard management, urban planning, civil engineering, transport and navigation, information technologies, mining, etc.
